Commercial Terms:
Prices are based on EXW (Ex Works) Portugal, in accordance with the applicable Incoterms®. All costs related to transport, insurance, duties, taxes, and any other charges from the point of origin onwards are the sole responsibility of the client.
Packaging:
Standard packaging suitable for road transport is included. Special or customized packaging will be quoted separately upon request.
Delivery Time:
Delivery lead time will be confirmed upon order confirmation. The lead time begins upon receipt of payment confirmation or approval of the agreed commercial terms. Delivery is subject to stock availability and production capacity at the time of order.
Payment Terms:
Payment options, to be agreed upon at order confirmation, include:
- Fulladvancepayment;
- 50% payment upon order confirmation and 50% prior to goods collection;
- 30-day payment terms, subject to prior credit approval.
Goods will only be released upon full compliance with the agreed commercial terms.
Validity of Quotation:
This quotation is valid for 30 business days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and terms are subject to revision.
Collection and Transport:
Goods must be collected by the client or a transport company designated by the client. Release of goods is conditional upon confirmation of payment and submission of required documentation.
Documentation Provided:
The goods will be accompanied by the following documents: invoice (or commercial invoice for export), packing list, and certificate of origin where applicable. Any additional documentation must be requested in advance.
Taxes and Charges:
Prices do not include VAT, duties, customs fees, insurance, or any other charges not expressly specified. The client is responsible for all applicable charges beyond the point of origin.
